Damaged Luggage on Azal Flight - Urgent Resolution Needed Before Return Trip
Yesterday, I traveled on Azal flight J278 from Istanbul to Baku. Upon collecting my luggage, I noticed that one of the wheels was broken. A report was filed with the appropriate authority, and I was given an email address and phone number for follow-up. When I reached out, I was informed that the issue would be resolved with monetary compensation, not a new suitcase, and that the process could take up to a month.
I have a return flight on August 14, and I am concerned about how I will transport my belongings back with a broken suitcase. When I asked about this, I received no helpful response. Prices here are high, and purchasing a similar quality suitcase would cost me at least double. I urgently request that my issue be resolved before my return date so that I can travel without further inconvenience. Please address this matter promptly!
