Hello, I am the owner of the vehicle with license plate 25 L* 075, Yalçın G****. On December 1, 2023, my parked car was hit by a customer of Axa Insurance, resulting in an accident for which they were found 100% at fault. Claim file number 11340362 was opened. I sent my Diminished Value Claim and Notice-Warning letters to Axa Insurance via email on 23.02.2024 - 14.03.2024 and 16.04.2024. They replied stating they received them on the same day. However, since then, they have not sent me a detailed response email. Despite clearly stating my demands in my letter, such as compensation for the difference in value due to using equivalent parts instead of original ones, ten days of Replacement Car fees, and the cost of repairing the wheels due to hidden defects in the repair of my car, as well as the remaining difference from my market value loss claim, they have not sent me detailed invoices, receipts, or response letters, nor have they resolved my grievances. Axa Insurance has an ethical and legal obligation to respond to my letters.

In conclusion:

Apart from the Diminished Value compensation deposited into my account, which I contested, I want to know whether they will evaluate and deposit the compensation for hidden defect repair, actual damage balance compensation, and Replacement Car fees separately. If not, I will initiate legal action.
On April 16, 2024, I sent my Notice letter both by registered mail and email, yet I received a brief email referring to the deposited ₺28,643 without considering or responding to my Notice letter.
Due to the customer of Axa Insurance who hit my parked car:
My car was repaired with faults.
Only a meager amount of ₺28,643 was deposited into my account for a car with ₺46,647 in damages on March 7, 2024.
Despite being the victim, I was not taken seriously.
While insured customers receive proper compensation, I, as the actual victim, face discrimination.
Only ₺28,643 out of my total claim of ₺168,990 for Diminished Value, the difference in using equivalent parts, hidden defect repair, and Replacement Car fees has been covered. I will fight legally and socially until all my demands are met. When insuring your vehicle, choose a company with fewer complaints rather than one with more advertisements.

There was no communication. I considered this situation normal because I haven't been able to establish healthy communication with Axa Sigorta for 4 months. They are very good in the initial communication right after the accident, but afterwards, they make it a complete nightmare. Everything is like talking to a brick wall. Especially when they are in the wrong and when it comes to matters that don't suit them...

Axa Insurance; responded again to my complaint record to the Insurance Supervision. In its previous wet-signed response, Axa Insurance claimed that all parts were originally installed, but in the wet-signed letter it sent yesterday, it acknowledged, with my information, that the parts were equivalent. I am attaching the two different letters sent by Axa Insurance within a week. The judgment belongs to the public. It is understood from the wet-signed response sent to me by Axa Insurance that they were informed about the changes and repairs applied to my vehicle through my notification. - While I calculated 38,000 TL in the Depreciation Calculation Robot, you calculated 28,000 TL. Multiple experts and corporate buying and selling firms have determined that the minimum depreciation of my vehicle is 70,000 TL. Also, the fact that you were unaware of your own invoice and told me that all parts were originally installed has caused me to lose my trust. Therefore, I request the recalculation of the underpaid depreciation fee to be paid to me; - The payment of the substitute vehicle fee, which you paid to the insured party, to me as the real aggrieved party. No double standards and negative discrimination should be applied; - The payment of 57,990 TL, which is the real damage difference due to the use of equivalent parts mentioned in your last letter; - I request the payment or repair of the wheel fee, which was secretly repaired with defects.

You should prefer insurance companies with fewer complaints instead of companies like @AXA_Turkiye, which have a lot of advertisements. You don't understand until it happens to you. When an accident occurs, since they say they don't provide parts, they might even say they won't repair it...⚖️
