Protracted Car Repair Nightmare with Axa Insurance
I'd like to express my frustrations and concerns about the repair process for my vehicle following an accident on June 15, 2021. The difficulties and ordeal I've been through since the opening of claim file number 112759 are detailed below. Following the filing of the claim, my vehicle was evaluated by Exper, and a repair decision was made. Regardless of the repair decision, the actual repair work on my vehicle has not begun for more than 2.5 months. It's been more than 25 days since the order for the necessary parts was placed, but I still don't know whether the parts have arrived or when the repair will begin. My interactions with Axa Insurance have resulted in ambiguous and unsatisfactory responses, which frequently appear evasive and uncertain. The prolonged delivery delay has left me deeply disappointed and inconvenienced. In terms of customer satisfaction, I am extremely dissatisfied with Axa Insurance's performance. I urgently request that the repair of my car begin immediately and that the process be accelerated. If my vehicle is beyond repair, I demand that it be declared a total loss and that all necessary arrangements be made. I've been without my car for more than three months, and I'd like to see this ordeal end as soon as possible, with my vehicle restored to usable condition.
