Axa Insurance Refuses to Pay for Damages

I got into a car accident on December 4, 2024, and the other person was completely to blame. However, their insurance company, Axa Insurance, declined to cover the repairs for my vehicle. The recommended Çakır appraisal company advised, "Take care of the car repairs on your own, keep track of all expenses, and then file a claim with the insurance company to get reimbursed." Axa Insurance only reimbursed 81,200 out of the 105,000 in bills I had to pay. They haven't offered any help at all with the remaining amount that I've been trying to collect for 3 months.
