Unhappy Warranty Experience with Asus Customer Service

I would like to discuss my less-than-satisfactory encounters with Asus customer service. I have noticed that the staff has been lacking in their level of assistance, not fully meeting their responsibilities. Unfortunately, even though I sent my faulty motherboard for repair under warranty, it was returned to me without any repairs done, claiming that there was damage to the box. During this experience, I was also billed for the cost of shipping both ways.
