MSI Laptop Returned as "Unrepairable" with Shipping Fee

I sent my MSI laptop for warranty repair, but it was returned to me labeled as "unrepairable" with instructions to send it to the main service center. To make matters worse, Aras Kargo charged me a ₺670 shipping fee upon delivery.

This situation seems highly unreasonable. Why should I be responsible for such a high shipping cost when the device is under warranty? Additionally, since it’s the weekend, I cannot contact support to resolve this issue. I expect MSI to address this problem immediately by covering the shipping fee and providing a clear solution for repairing or replacing my laptop. This experience is both frustrating and unacceptable.
