Asus Refuses to Accept My VivoBook for Warranty Despite Ongoing Device Failures
I bought an Asus VivoBook laptop last year. From the very first days, I started experiencing freezing and lagging issues. The battery would drain very quickly. Sometimes it would shut down on its own and wouldn’t turn back on for 2–3 days without any reason. After the last shutdown, it never turned back on again. I called customer service multiple times. They made me try various procedures, but none of them worked. I wanted to send it in for warranty service, and they told me I had to create a service request. I did, but no one called or came. I said I would send it myself, but they said it wasn't possible because they had no shipping agreement, and the cost would come out of my pocket. So how am I supposed to send this computer for warranty service? Can someone please give me an answer? It's been months. I create a request, I call customer service, and they say, "We deleted the request, apply again." I apply again, and then they say, "You already have a request, we cannot process a new one." I have never seen such an irresponsible and terrible company in my life. I will file complaints with every institution and on every platform. I will tell everyone to stay away from Asus. I have realized that Asus is nothing but regret.
I called customer service and was told to create a new ticket, which I did, but no one has called or asked about it. I have never encountered a company as uninterested as Asus in my life. Asus has victimized me and I can't find anyone to talk to. For weeks, I have been trying to send my computer in for warranty service but I can't.
