Asus Repair Service Shipped My Product to the Wrong Address Despite My Request

The repair service of Asus really let me down and it was super frustrating. I checked the website, but there were no updates on my repair status. I ended up having to call customer service 4 to 5 times just to get a simple answer that my product was still being tested. So, just under a day later, I got a message from the shipping company saying that the product was already on its way. It’s frustrating because I asked customer service to change my address and even confirmed it twice, but the product still ended up at the wrong place. I waited for 4 days trying to sort out the issue, but there was no follow-up or clear info at all. I didn't get clear communication, they didn't pay attention to the shipping details, and I wasn't kept in the loop about my product. To make matters worse, I ended up waiting for no good reason. This kind of disorganization and neglect just isn't okay.
