Warranty Dispute for Asus Zenbook S13 OLED Due to Shipping Damage

I sent my Asus Zenbook S13 OLED, serial number R7N0CV17F480305, to the warranty service due to issues. I waited 20 days for the pickup, and after three calls, they finally came to my door. A few days later, the Asus authorized service contacted me and mentioned there were two scratches on the bottom cover, which I acknowledged. When I asked if there were any other damages or if the device arrived without issues, they confirmed it was fine. Today, Asus called and told me my device was out of warranty due to damage. I insisted there was no damage and sent them photos. The photos showed significant damage, with the device bent around the HDMI port. I didn't send the device in this condition; it must have happened during shipping. When I asked them to check the call records where I was told the device arrived without damage, they refused. I can't believe a company would operate this way. There is only one authorized service center in Turkey, in Istanbul, and most customers ship their devices. Are they charging all customers for shipping damages? I want my device returned in clean, undamaged condition, and I will not pay anything. This is not my fault, and I demand a thorough investigation.
