Arçelik Water Dispenser Refund Complaint

I purchased two water dispensers from Arçelik, but they weren't cooling properly. After an authorized technician inspected and confirmed the issue, we requested a refund. The head office approved the return, and the service team collected the units from our home, initiating the refund process.
However, they only refunded the cost of one dispenser. When I contacted the head office, they acknowledged the mistake, claiming they'd forgotten to refund the second unit. They promised to process the remaining refund the next day, but it's been 10 days, and I still haven't received it.
I've been constantly calling customer service, who keep saying they'll escalate the issue and get back to me, but no one ever does. They even told me to check my account as they were about to send the money, but nothing has arrived. It's been 10 days of frustration.
I'm filing a complaint against Arçelik's head office for their failure to complete my refund.

Despite your statement that the payment would be deposited into my account on Monday, no one has contacted me yet. Whenever I call, they keep saying they are transferring me to higher departments or the operations section and that they will call me back, but they hang up and never actually address the issue or solve the problem.
