Arçelik Refrigerator Replacement Delay Issue

I bought an Arçelik refrigerator less than two years ago, and they have been unable to provide a solution for 12 days. Despite hundreds of complaints, there is no resolution. A replacement decision was made, and I was charged an extra fee. Four days have passed since then, but the refrigerator has not arrived. I was told it would be delivered today, but it still has not arrived. This experience has been extremely frustrating. This heat has spoiled all of my food, and I am unable to cook. It's unbelievable that an institution that can't even manage the replacement process for a defective product under two years old can provide such poor service.
