I purchased the DMX 9100 9kg washing machine. After using it once, I realized it did not clean or foam correctly. Despite calling Arçelik five times within 15 days, I received the runaround. I declined the offer to repair it because repairing a brand-new thing seemed pointless to me. If the product will not be supported, I don't think it should be marketed. I mentioned my unhappiness and want to upgrade to a higher model, but was informed, "You bought it online, we can't help." However, I know Hepsiburada, where I bought it, is a respectable vendor. I'm not sure why I was dragged along for 15 days. Why use delay tactics when I have rights such as cancellation and return? If Arçelik is a worldwide brand, it must act appropriately. There's no repairing this washing machine; laundry is stacking up. Replace it or give a functioning version. I used your prior computer for 18 years and was extremely delighted, however the performance of this current one is inadequate. I bought an Arçelik product somewhere, and I want this problem rectified. I am not asking for anything else. It's awful to say "there's nothing we can do" over the phone.

I bought an Arçelik DMX 9100 washing machine. I made a complaint. I explained and wrote about my complaint, and two hours later, a lady from Arçelik's headquarters called me. We talked, but there was no solution; it seemed like she called just to chat. My friend, I don't need a chat. Are you going to solve my problem? No, there's nothing we can do. The technician who came for service didn't process the issue. What am I supposed to do? The machine is yours. The service technician is yours. If your technician didn't write it down and the issue wasn't processed, how is that my fault? When leaving, they just say, "I took my notes," and leave. What am I supposed to do if they don't produce a solution? Come and take your machine back, bring me either the same machine or a higher model, and I'll pay for it. This also implies that you are selling faulty products because the technicians who come for installation warn to keep the box and packaging.
