A service appointment was scheduled for my Arçelik 9100DMX washing machine today (October 20) between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. However, I received a call at 4:30 p.m., and since I couldn’t answer at that moment, my appointment was canceled. After that, no notification was given to me, and I was simply offered a new appointment two days later. Since the malfunction of my machine is urgent, I requested that a technician come today or at the latest tomorrow, but customer service informed me that they could not assist and that the earliest available service date is in two days. This situation has caused me inconvenience and prolonged my problem. I kindly request that the issue be resolved as soon as possible and that the service team be directed to my address today or tomorrow at the latest. My machine is under warranty.
