Refused Delivery After Broken Package - Now Told to Pick It Up Myself
My cargo with tracking number 5624881440700, which is at Aras Cargo Izmir Ulukent Branch (October 29, 10001 Sk. No:50/3, 35660 Menemen/Izmir), has not been delivered to me until today (June 4, 2025) despite arriving at the branch on June 2, 2025. I called the branch on June 3 to get information about the issue and they informed me that it would be delivered on June 4. When it still had not been delivered today, I called the branch again and they told me that since the cargo distribution personnel did not want to bring the cargo to me, they did not deliver it to me and that I had to come and get it from the branch. The reason they did not want to deliver it to me was because they had delivered my previous cargo broken and I did not want to return it to them. They did not even want to accept the damaged cargo or keep a report and made me hassle. The cargo delivery personnel now decides to take the initiative and not bring my cargo to my home, and the other personnel working in the cargo branch find this reasonable and say that I should go to the branch and collect my cargo. Isn't it the duty of a cargo company to receive the product from the seller and deliver it to the recipient's address? I have been victimized by Aras Cargo for the last 2 times. Even when I call customer service and report the situation, no action is taken. I expect my cargo to be delivered to my address immediately.
