Aras Cargo Keeps Marking My Shipments as Undelivered Without Visiting

On August 11, 2025, despite being at the address all day for an Aras Cargo shipment with tracking number 5661852000286, the cargo personnel sent me a message saying "We stopped by, but couldn't find it" without even visiting the address. A photo of a black screen was added to the system. However, no delivery attempt was made to my door. When I reported the situation to Aras Cargo customer service, they told me the personnel had stopped by and couldn't find me. However, this information is untrue. I've experienced the same issue three or four times in the last two months at the same branch (Istanbul Ümraniye Yamanevler). It's clear that the shipments weren't actually delivered, that they weren't delivered to the address, and yet they were still being shown as delivered. I demand that my shipment be delivered to my address as soon as possible, and that the branch and the relevant personnel review their past deliveries.

They responded by saying 'We are investigating the issue,' then called to say they came to your address but couldn't find you and that they wouldn't attempt delivery again. My complaint is that they reported 'recipient not at address' without even coming to my address. I was at the address all day and no one came. I received deliveries from other companies. They uploaded a photo of a black screen claiming they couldn't find me at the address. If they had uploaded a photo of the door, there would be no need for further proof of the claim, but here there is an arbitrary action. I have experienced the same thing 3-4 times, I had to collect my parcels from the branch or they were returned. My problem has definitely not been resolved and no steps have been taken.
