Although my shipment with tracking number 5654*******37 was marked as "out for delivery" yesterday by the Aras Kargo Kızılırmak Branch, it still hasn’t been delivered to me. The system shows it as “delivered,” but I never received anything. This shipment was particularly important to me, and this situation has caused serious inconvenience. I contacted the Kızılırmak branch both by phone and in person, but each time I received different and conflicting explanations. Over the phone, I was told it was on the delivery vehicle; at the branch, I was told it might be in the warehouse, stuck under a pallet, or that the vehicle was out in a village. The lack of clear and consistent information from the branch is extremely frustrating. I also contacted Aras Kargo customer service and filed a complaint, but I have yet to receive any response. I demand that my package be delivered immediately, that I receive a clear and honest explanation for the confusion, and that an apology be issued for the inconvenience caused.
