Aras Kargo Delayed My Packages and Falsely Claimed I Refused Delivery

I have two packages with tracking numbers 44472798213767 and 4472820428118 that have been stuck for days, unable to be delivered from Istanbul to Izmit. I have reached out to Aras Kargo multiple times, yet there has been no response or action taken to address my issue. I have yet to receive any callbacks or a clear explanation. They struggle to even deliver the packages to their designated drop-off location. Every evening, they misleadingly update the system stating that the customer declined to accept the package, which is completely false. This experience has been truly disheartening, and I feel let down by the absence of professionalism. I anticipated a significantly better level of service, and this has caused me considerable inconvenience.
