Aras Kargo Claimed I Was Not Home Without Attempting Delivery of My Package

My cargo with tracking number 4466586262534 was out for delivery from Üsküdar Çamlıca branch on 12.12.2024, but since no one was home that day, I selected the "deliver the next day" option. Despite having two people at home on 13.12.2024, I received a message through the system and from the phone number +90 ***********62 saying, "We came to your address, but no one was home. If you don’t pick up the package from the branch within 3 days, it will be returned." If I have to pick up the package myself, I might as well shop in-store instead of ordering online. They act as they please, claiming they came to the address when no delivery attempt was made. I even replied to the message saying someone was home, but received no response. When I called the number that sent the message, no one answered, and my cargo was still not delivered. It feels like they are mocking their customers by sending messages but ignoring calls. We, as consumers, suffer the consequences of this careless and irresponsible behavior. Either do your job properly or stop operating as Aras Kargo. You have no right to cause people this much trouble. I work on Saturdays too, and now I have to abandon my duties to chase after my package. This treatment is unacceptable.
