My Cargo Was Returned Without Delivery

Since I was not at home on September 7, 2025, I was unable to receive my cargo with the tracking number 51971780455245, which was set to be delivered by Aras Kargo from the Antalya Uncalı Branch. I mentioned that I wanted to pick up my cargo from the branch, and the message I received stated that it was at the Uncalı Branch. When I went to the branch on September 19, 2025, I was informed that my cargo was at the Uncalı Cep Branch and that a note would be added to send it out for delivery again. When the cargo did not arrive the following day, I called customer service and created four complaint records (my record numbers are: 10649504, 10649898, 10680711). Each time, I was told that action would be taken to resolve the issue, and I also specifically asked for a note to ensure that my cargo was not returned. Despite all these attempts, my cargo was not sent out for delivery again, and in the end, on September 22, 2025, I was informed by the customer representative that my cargo had been returned. Throughout this process, I was not given clear information, I was constantly delayed, and my cargo was returned without being delivered. Additionally, I learned that Aras Kargo charges extra fees for cargos that are being sent back and forth, which has shaken my trust in the company. I demand that my cargo be delivered to me and that an apology statement be issued due to the inconvenience and delay caused.
