I entrusted Quickshipper with my package (tracking number 4Q5012**4102), expecting it to go to Saudi Arabia. Instead, they mislabeled it for the United Arab Emirates! When I called to fix their mistake, they blamed Aramex, saying they handled the shipment. So, I tracked down the new number (34245034191)—turns out my package was sent to Dasman instead of Dammam!

I've been calling every day, and so has my customer in Saudi Arabia. No one is helping! Aramex refuses to give me any updates, insisting they’ll only inform Quickshipper. But Quickshipper’s customer service is rude and dismissive, scolding me for simply asking questions!

These two companies have caused me serious losses. Fix this now and get my package to the right destination!
