Aramex Shipment Shows Delivered but Recipient Did Not Receive It

I sent important documents to Palestine via Aramex, and their system shows the delivery as completed. However, the recipient has confirmed they did not receive the package. When I contacted Aramex, they provided a signature as proof of delivery, but the name of the person who signed is unclear and unrecognizable. Who is this individual? There is no clarity or transparency regarding the delivery process.
This situation is highly concerning, especially for sensitive documents. How can such an error occur in a service meant to ensure secure delivery? I urgently request that Aramex investigates this issue and retrieves my documents immediately. I expected a reliable service, but this experience has been far from it. Please resolve this matter promptly.
