Aramex Shipment Info Not Accepted, Can't Confirm My Package

I recently sent a package from Ireland to Kahramanmaraş and received an email from Aramex asking me to verify my shipment details. However, no matter how many times I try, the website doesn’t accept my information. I’ve tried entering it in both Turkish and English characters without success. I’ve emailed Aramex customer service, but I keep receiving automated responses with no actual help, and I can’t seem to reach anyone through other means. I previously encountered this same issue, and it's frustrating to be stuck in this loop again. I need Aramex to resolve this problem so I can confirm my shipment and ensure its safe delivery. Please assist urgently.
