1win Closes Support Ticket Without Paying Withdrawal Amount

I am writing regarding a withdrawal issue I experienced on the 1win platform. On March 12, I requested a withdrawal of 8,000 rupees from my 1win account (ID: 327453698) to my State Bank of India account via bank transfer. However, the funds have still not been credited to my bank account.

After noticing the delay, I contacted 1win customer support. They asked me to upload my bank statement and informed me that an inquiry had been initiated. Later, my support ticket was closed even though the money had not been received. When I contacted support again, I was asked to provide a “bank response,” but I still have not received the 8,000 rupees in my account.

I request that 1win urgently review this case and either immediately credit the pending 8,000 rupees to my State Bank of India account or provide clear proof of a successful transfer if the payment has already been processed. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible, as the delay and repeated requests for documents without any resolution are causing significant inconvenience.
