I am writing about an issue with an unwanted subscription related to shortmax.app that I discovered today. The subscription appears to be linked to the username “jayfitzy01” and the email address “jayfi***@yahoo.com”. I did not knowingly sign up for any subscription with Shortmax Innovations or Shortmax.app, yet I seem to be unable to cancel it. When I noticed this today, I attempted to contact your support team, but I only received an automated email stating, “Due to the high volume of inquiries, we will get back to you as soon as possible.” I have not received any further response or assistance, and I still cannot cancel the subscription myself. I request that this subscription associated with my account be cancelled immediately and that any charges related to it be refunded. I also ask for written confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled and that no further payments will be taken from my account.
