Amazon - Aramex Failed/Wrong Delivery And Missing Product

I purchased two items on Amazon. Both items were shipped in the same order, but in separate packages. One package has been delivered to me, but the other is missing. I received a package from Amazon via Aramex, but it contained a different product that someone else had returned to Amazon. The returned product's packaging was opened, indicating it had been reviewed before being sent back. However, this incorrect item arrived at my address with my name on the delivery package. My order ID and receipt were even inside the package. My delivery tracking information hasn't been updated since April 30th, 2024. For the past six days, the status has remained "will be delivered by 8 PM." I attempted to submit a ticket on the Aramex website to clarify the problem, but the website isn't fully translated into Turkish and wouldn't allow me to submit a ticket. I'm unsure what to do next. Should I expect the missing item to be delivered eventually, or should I pursue legal action?
