I placed an order on Amazon.com for two items on May 10, 2023, totaling 323.03 USD (with upfront payment for import fees), with order number 114-5022852-898585. Aramex.com informed me on May 22 that additional fees and processes were required for the delivery of the products. I requested a refund, got the assurance (see attached correspondence), but ended up being delayed for months with multiple communications and no refund as Amazon.com claims there is no record of a return.
