Amazon US Delivery Problem with Aramex

When I tried to track my shipment through Aramex after ordering something from Amazon US, I was surprised to see an error message that said, "Invalid/Missing Customer ID, the customer must enter the correct Customer ID for KYC verification." The last update was the same error message, and the package number is 1995159773. I don't know what to do, and I haven't gotten any emails or messages about this problem. I've tried to get help from both Amazon US and Aramex customer service, but neither has given me a satisfactory response. I'm unhappy because I've paid for the goods and the shipping fee, but I can't find my package. My Turkish national ID number, which is needed for KYC verification, is also on my Amazon account. I need help to solve the problem.
