Disappointed by Quality Issues with My iPhone 14
Hey there, I am completely shocked and disappointed. When I bought Apple, I thought I was getting a good product. Unfortunately, I realized that I was wrong. I purchased it from Germany on July 7th, 2023, and opened the box on July 9th, 2023. Since I started using it, I've been having problems - the touchscreen doesn't work properly, it freezes a lot, and the worst part is that it gets really hot, even when it's charging or not. I'm really confused and disappointed. So, when I tried to schedule an appointment at the Apple Store, they basically said they couldn't assist me because I bought the device in Germany. They suggested I take it to a nearby tech service instead. But how can I find a good repair service for a phone that's only been used for a month? Everyone keeps telling me that my phone gets really hot and it could be dangerous. Why did I even bother buying an iPhone if I knew I would have to deal with these issues? The phone is an iPhone 14 with 128 gigabytes of storage. I'll also send an email about this problem to the support team in another country.
