Since purchasing my iPhone 14 Pro Max from Apple, I've experienced constant freezing, camera malfunctions, and unexplained discoloration on the device's body without any physical impact. I sent the product for servicing, but they refused to cover it under warranty.
The week I bought it, I contacted Media Markt, where I purchased it, about the discoloration. They directed me to Apple. When I called Apple, they insisted Media Markt should replace the product. Media Markt refused.
It's been 8 months since I bought the device. Despite using a 360-degree protector and case, and ensuring it never suffered any impacts or falls, the device's body continues to discolor. The phone frequently freezes and overheats excessively (both during use and while charging).
It's disappointing that such a large company with so many users won't stand behind their product. I'll never buy another Apple product again. Sometimes during calls, the sound cuts in and out. How can they refuse to replace or refund a device with so many defects, especially when acknowledging it hasn't suffered any impacts?
