My New Apple iPhone 14 Not Working Properly

I have an iPhone 14, 128 GB, which I bought last month (in Türkiye), obviously having problems with my phone. My screen is constantly freezing, Face ID doesn't detect my face and doesn't fix it until I turn it off and on. I can't access any application during this process. I wanted to get support from Apple and made an appointment with Zorlu Center Apple, but the first time I was told "yes, there is a problem, but resetting the settings would be enough". Despite resetting the settings, the screen of the phone that I never used the other day suddenly went and did not come on. The last time I was able to log in to the home screen, I could not log in to any application. Turning it off and on fixed it. Even though I recorded this situation from another phone and showed it to Apple staff, he humorously told me "I had to see it here". Where is the logic for this? This is an absurdity, like a crime incident reflected on the camera does not constitute a crime because the incident did not occur in front of the court's eyes, instantaneously. If the phone I bought for a lot of money is going to cause me trouble, either give me a refund or have my phone replaced! As a working person, I cannot make appointments and commute all the time. When I went, there is no one who can either solve my problem or help. He relies on a "man-made" tool to tell me if there's a problem with my so-called phone, by giving me a ridiculous and funny sentence like "it's normal for a man-made product to fail." He ignores the video I took a few hours ago and says this doesn't prove anything?! Either hire someone who makes more sense or don't employ them at all. Solve the problem on my phone now!
