Apple Türkiye Customer Services Dissatisfaction

On 11/11/2023, I purchased an iPhone 14 from a reputable online store. The cargo arrived on November 14, 2023. There was no damage to the box during shipping. I received the shipment. I started by opening the box. The back had scratches, which were clearly a manufacturer issue. I contacted Apple's Customer Support. Although the device is covered by Apple Turkey's warranty, they said they couldn't help us because we didn't buy it from apple.com. When we tried again, they advised us to contact the site from which we had purchased. It is a phone with a high retail price in our country. I believe that brand customer service should not be so irresponsible. We were dissatisfied with their customer service and the absence of a resolution. Furthermore, Apple is responsible for this scenario, not the marketplace from which we purchased. I'm tired of dealing with Apple Turkey. I will now tell my friends to get Apple goods and videotape them when they are turned on. Because Apple Turkey let me down.
