Apple AirPods Service Denial After Persistent Issues – Poor Customer Support Experience
I purchased Apple AirPods in July 2024, and within a few months, I began experiencing issues. In October 2024, I contacted Apple Support, and they created a case ID and sent me details about the nearest service center via email. Unfortunately, due to personal family issues, I couldn’t address the problem at that time and had to make do with the defective AirPods.
Now that I’m ready to resolve the issue, I reached out to Apple’s online support again, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The agent not only failed to create a new case ID or provide any assistance but also abruptly ended the chat. This level of service is unacceptable for such an expensive product.
I expect Apple to provide better service and support for its customers. I need immediate assistance to resolve the issue with my AirPods, as this should not be the level of support from a company of Apple’s caliber. Please take this matter seriously and assist me in resolving the problem promptly.
