Apple AirPods 3 Pro Stopped Working Early And Replacement Not Provided

I purchased AirPods 3 Pro on 14.10.2025, and they stopped working on the 20th day. Since the issue wasn’t resolved, I went to the authorised service. They confirmed the case was faulty and said they would request a new one, but they refused to include the left earbud, even though it was also defective. I opened a case on 11.11.2025 and expected a quick replacement, but every few days I had to call support with no progress. Later, they said they couldn’t repair it, couldn’t get parts, and couldn’t process the replacement. Yesterday, they told me to contact Apple Support again. At this point, I plan to take legal action to claim my rights.
