Apple Ignored My AirPods Pro 2 Sound Issues Despite Being Under Warranty
I'm using AirPods Pro 2, which I purchased on 25.04.2024, and it hasn't even been a year yet. The left earbud produces robotic and mechanical sounds during long conversations. Additionally, when watching videos, the audio and video stop by themselves after a while. Siri notifications are also at a very low volume. I took the device to the authorised service for inspection, and they returned it saying there was no issue. Unfortunately, with these overpriced devices, there is little support after the sale. Apple was never like this in the past and never used to leave customers in a bind. It is truly disappointing. I hope my issue is resolved promptly.
