AirPods Pro 1st Gen Left Earbud Crackling Right After Warranty
I’ve carefully used my 1st generation AirPods Pro, but just a month and a half after the warranty expired, the left earbud started crackling. It’s incredibly frustrating to have this issue right after the warranty ended, almost as if it was designed to fail. I expected better from Apple, especially since I’ve invested in so many of their products. When I reached out for help, Apple offered no goodwill solution, despite the high price tag of these earphones—nearly double the cost of similar models. They simply told me to buy a new pair. The worst part? A representative on the phone told me I could get a replacement, so I went to the store, only to be disappointed. I was misled, and my time was wasted. Apple, this isn’t the level of service or quality I expect. From now on, I’ll think twice before buying your products.
