Apple 12 Pro Max Warranty Hassle: Multiple Repairs Fail to Solve Persistent Issues

I've had recurring issues with my Apple 12 Pro Max 256GB Pacific Blue model since July 6, 2021, including screen malfunction, SIM card recognition failure, network disruptions, and random shutdowns. In the hopes of finding a solution, I sent the device to the Antalya Markantalya Troy store on June 17, 2023, for warranty service. According to Troy's service, they replaced the screen for the screen issue and changed the camera for the SIM card issue, reassuring me that the problems had been resolved. However, when the device was returned, it was clear that the issues remained. The warranty was extended by Apple support, and the device was sent to TVT Bilgisayar technical service in Antalya. Despite Apple representatives' assurances that a replacement process would be initiated, the outcome of their inspection claimed unauthorized interference and proposed an uneconomical paid replacement. This contradicted their initial reaction during the first service, exacerbating the problem. I demand a replacement device as well as fair compensation that accounts for inflation during this prolonged ordeal.
