Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max Microphone Problem
After updating my iPhone 14 Promax with Apple Beta 6 software, which I purchased from Hepsiburada on 11.04.2023, I encountered a frustrating issue—my voice wasn't transmitting during phone calls. Seeking help, I contacted Apple support. They provided me with an article explaining how to revert from the Beta version to the normal one. Following their instructions, I made the switch, but my problem persisted. This led them to redirect me to the authorized Apple service center in Antalya, named Troy. At Troy, I handed over my device, and they assessed it, noting that there were only minor scratches near the charging port, with no significant damage. On 12.09.2023, they sent my device to the Kocali Apple factory. Throughout this period, I constantly inquired about my device's status, only to receive the response that it was still under examination. During my last call with customer service on 16.09.2023, they claimed there was physical damage to the microphone. I questioned how this could be possible given the pristine condition of my device. They refused to share any evidence, citing legal restrictions. Frustrated, I declared my intention to seek legal recourse. I refuse to pay for alleged microphone damage on a device less than 3 months old. It has been two weeks without a phone, and I haven't even received a replacement, despite it being under warranty. I want to make it clear that if my issue isn't resolved, I will pursue legal action.
