I am writing to bring to your attention a critical matter regarding a recent service experience I have had with your company. I am deeply concerned and seek your assistance in resolving this issue promptly. My iPhone 11 Pro Max model phone turned off itself and did not turn on. On July 31, 2023, two days before the turn-off, I contacted your support team to address freezing issues with my iPhone 11 Pro Max. Following their instructions, I sent my device to the authorized service center as per their guidance. However, the subsequent communication and actions have left me in a state of distress and confusion. On August 2, 2023, I received an email from your team stating that the inspection revealed a motherboard problem that necessitates a product replacement. I was told that the cost for the replacement is 32.00 TL, and if I accept the offer, I need to send the money to the accounts they specified below. I accepted the offered solution and inquired about the appropriate branch for sending my phone. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response for the next three days. When I eventually reached out to your service center after the three-day period, I was informed that there had been an error in communication; the staff member had written the price incorrectly. The initial price quote was incorrect, and I was now being told to pay the market price of 32,000 TL for the product replacement. Additionally, I was told that the device could not be repaired at all. This situation is deeply disconcerting to me for several reasons. First and foremost, I am certain that the issue with my device was not due to any user error. Furthermore, my understanding is that Apple provides product replacements, even beyond the warranty period, at a reasonable cost. It is troubling to find myself in a position where I am being asked to bear the full financial burden of a replacement for an issue that was not caused by me. I kindly request your urgent attention and intervention in this matter. I am seeking a fair and just resolution that aligns with Apple's reputation for customer care and support.
