Anker Soundcore Eufy Robot Vacuum: High Fees Demanded Without Repair

I sent my Anker Soundcore Eufy robot vacuum to the authorized service center because it stopped working. A week later, I received a call informing me that the damage could not be repaired. They said if I wanted to return the product, I would need to pay ₺800 for a damage report and ₺200 for shipping. If I declined, the product would be classified as scrap, with no additional fees.

This is a blatant attempt to force customers into paying exorbitant fees or abandoning their claims. I refused to pay ₺800 for a report without any repair, and they insisted scrapping the product was the only alternative. This practice is unfair, and I demand a full resolution without being subjected to these unreasonable charges.
