Robxwell AS28 Robot Vacuum Fan Failure
I purchased the Robxwell AS28 robot vacuum just 13 months ago, and it has already developed a fan failure. When I contacted customer service, they assured me that I could send it for service free of charge. However, after sending the vacuum, I was informed that the issue was caused by oxidation and that this is considered user-related damage, meaning it is not covered under warranty.
This is absurd because the vacuum was used solely for dry cleaning, as intended. Despite this, their so-called "experts" determined that it was my fault and demanded ₺4000 + shipping costs for repairs. When I refused and requested the return of my vacuum without repair, they demanded ₺1800 + shipping fees just to send it back!
This is an outrageous and unfair business practice. I am filing complaints with the Consumer Arbitration Board and CİMER. I expect Robxwell to take responsibility and cover this repair under warranty. If there is any justice, I hope my rights will be upheld, and this company will be held accountable for its unethical policies!
