iRobot i8 Repair Issues – No Log Records, Poor Customer Service
I sent my iRobot i8 robot vacuum to the authorized service center Byfix under warranty after it malfunctioned. The devic...e was received by the service center on April 2, 2024. After an inspection, I was informed over the phone that the issue was due to a burned-out Wi-Fi card, allegedly caused by flu
