Recurring Battery Issues with Anker Eufy Robovac After Multiple Repairs
We’ve sent our Anker Eufy Robovac for repair twice due to different issues, and the experience has been frustrating. The first repair was for a faulty sensor. After getting it back from the service center, the vacuum, which previously had no battery issues, suddenly began having battery problems. When we raised our concerns, the service team dismissed our complaint, claiming, “The two issues are unrelated, and it’s impossible that we caused the battery problem.”
We reluctantly paid for a battery replacement. However, just 20 days later, the Robovac started shutting down due to a drained battery and failing to return to its charging dock, even though it’s supposed to give a low-battery warning before docking. Since the service team refused to acknowledge their fault during the first incident, we decided not to repair it again.
It’s clear to us that the battery problems stem from the service team’s handling. I strongly advise against purchasing from Anker or trusting their service center. Their lack of accountability is unacceptable.
