Eufy Anker L70 robot vacuum stopped charging completely, how can I resolve this charging problem?

If the charging for your Eufy Anker L70 robot vacuum has stopped, try these steps to fix the problem:

To begin, make sure the charging dock is properly hooked up to a power source. Next, look for any damage in the power adapter and cord.

Make sure the dock's LED light is on, which means it is getting power. If the LED isn't lit, plug the dock into a different source to make sure there aren't any problems with the electricity.

Next, use a dry cloth or cotton swab to clean the charge contacts on both the robot vacuum and the dock. The hoover can't charge if dirt or other debris gets in the way of the electrical link.

Also, make sure the robot is lined up properly with the dock so that the charging pins touch the pads on the dock.

If cleaning and making sure the hoover is aligned correctly don't fix the problem, hold down the power button for 10 seconds and then let go of it.
