Six-Year AC Units Battle With American Home Shield

Six years of dealing with the same problems over and over again is just brutal. We keep getting these temporary fixes from their technicians, but then the AC just konks out again. It's like they're not even trying to find the real problem! when they finally find something that actually needs fixing, AHS acts like it's not covered! They pull out this fine print mumbo jumbo and leave us stuck with the bill. We signed up for them to take care of this stuff, not to become their personal accountants arguing over every little detail. Honestly, at this point I just want some cool air and some peace of mind. Is that too much to ask? AHS needs to step up and actually fix this thing once and for all, the way they promised they would!
