American Home Shield Slow Claims Process And Denied Coverage
I was interested in AHS because it covered a lot of things and had a lot of benefits. The claims process is slow, some claims are turned down, and responses aren't very good. The process of getting approval for repairs or replacements took a long time, even though full coverage and higher coverage limits were promised. Even more difficult is the fact that repairs and diagnosis have to be done at different times. For my home to stay safe and work, repairs need to be done quickly. Having to wait for multiple appointments to fix the same problem is annoying. Also, it bothers me that a lot of customer reviews and testimonials talk about claims being turned down. It looks like it's been hard for me and other customers to get valid claims approved, even though AHS says they cover everything. That's all I have to say.
