Receiver Error And Customer Service Problems in Samsung Air Conditioner

 No Solution for 4 Years! I have been experiencing a receiver error problem in my Samsung brand air conditioner for 4 years. Although the authorized service intervened many times, it could not solve the problem. Even though a week has passed since my last repair request, an appointment has not yet been made. Even though I conveyed the issue to Samsung customer service many times, I only received the response "we are sending an e-mail to the service, they will get back to you". Unfortunately, customer service did not take any steps to resolve the issue. I rebel against this situation! * It is unacceptable to have been suffering from the same problem for 4 years and the problem not being solved. * The fact that the authorized service does not make an appointment and customer services remain insensitive to the problem is not an attitude worthy of Samsung. * My trust in a company that does not stand behind its products and does not care about customer satisfaction has been shaken. I am writing this complaint for the following purposes: * I request that the problem be resolved as soon as possible. * I want Samsung to review its approach to customer service and prioritize customer satisfaction. * I want to hear the voices of other users who have similar problems like me. Regarding this issue, I request the following: * The authorized service comes to my home as soon as possible, identifies the source of the problem and produces a permanent solution.
