Monster Abra A5 V16.7 Fan Noise and Black Screen Problems

The fan noise isn't smooth—it's more of a rattle. Additionally, when the computer lightly heats up, it starts to give an instant black screen. I constantly need to use the fan at high settings, but in quiet environments, this noise becomes a hindrance. I've been complaining about this black screen issue for a long time, every time I send it in for service, I mention it. However, they fix one of the three issues I mention and return it. It's not too difficult for me because they have a service center in my city, but if they didn't, I would be severely inconvenienced. Whenever I take my computer to the technical service, they never fix everything in one go. They fix one thing and break another. Please fix my problem once and for all so I can bring it in for regular maintenance every six months without worry. What is this? It's like we're sharing the computer with the service center. Despite being someone who plays a lot of games, if this is the performance, I can't imagine what it would be like if I were actually gaming. My previous computer, which I used for 9 years, outperformed this one in its final days. It's only been a year, and I deeply regret it. This computer won't last long anyway. Customer dissatisfaction is 10/10, I can tell you that. Now, if I get a response and the device goes to service, God knows I'll be without a computer for 1-1.5 weeks. It's decision time for me anyway; being without a computer would be very inconvenient for me. Anyway, I'll pick up the device from the service center, check it out, and the problem will likely persist. I wonder what they're really doing with the computer at the service center. Are they watching series and then returning the computer? If so, they should use my memberships so they don't feel foreign; after all, the technical service has become the computer's second home. Thanks for this amazing, cutting-edge, fast, hassle-free, rock-solid computer. Thank goodness I bought this brand, thank goodness (!)
