Seeking Replacement for Bosch Refrigerator Under Warranty

My 2-year-old Bosch refrigerator has been causing me endless frustration for the past three months by repeatedly failing to cool properly. After reporting the problem to the service center, the compressor was replaced, but the problem reappeared. I submitted another service request and was told that technicians would arrive the next day, but no one showed up. I'm tired of dealing with the same problem over and over, and it's disappointing that they don't provide a temporary replacement fridge while repairs are being made. I don't want to deal with this any longer, so I'm requesting a replacement under warranty. It's absurd that the motor needed to be replaced after only two years of use. This situation is truly challenging, and I'm sick of being left in the dark while they work on repairs. This broken fridge has been reduced to scrap, and I refuse to be inconvenienced any longer. We are entitled to better, and we will fight for it!
