Customers are being upset by Amazon.com.tr. They sent me the wrong item not once, but twice, instead of the product specified in my purchase invoice. What is their solution? "Send it back," they instruct. Nonetheless, the replacement they send is incorrect. Finally, shopping on amazon.com.tr has turned out to be a bad experience. Their approach to problem-solving appears to be limited to requesting returns when they are unable to resolve the issue. It's an unsatisfactory response that leaves customers like me hanging. I implore Amazon.com.tr to stop causing further inconvenience and to address and resolve this issue as soon as possible. It's time for them to up their customer service game and ensure that customers get what they paid for with no additional hassle or disappointment.
