Amazon Took Extra for Expedited Delivery but Did Not Deliver My Product

I paid an extra ₺500 for expedited delivery of a product from Amazon, yet the item has still not arrived. Even after contacting customer service several times, there has been no significant effort to address the problem. I didn’t receive my product, and I’m still waiting for a refund of the additional fee I paid. This experience has been quite frustrating and turned the shopping process into a much more stressful ordeal than anticipated. I expected a dependable service, but it fell short of the promised quality. This situation is simply unacceptable for customers who invest more for improved service. After this disappointing experience, I have decided to stop shopping at Amazon.
